Some of the most successful
ideas started on the back
of a napkin.
Napkin lab is an experiment in rapid prototyping business ideas and challenging myself to improve in ways I didn’t think possible. For the Startup Challenge, a new business idea will be given 4-6 weeks to take an idea from conception to MVP to validation. Each idea will be given the same amount of time and a budget of $100 to determine the viability of an idea.
At the end of the 4-6 weeks a decision will be made on how to progress with the concept before moving on to the next experiment. The goal of this exercise is to have fun while exploring various industries and business models.
The ‘Limitless’ Challenge is a recent addition to challenge myself to grow and create the person I want to become in addition to just challenging myself to grow in business. Over the course of a year I will work towards some lifestyle and personal goals that may or may not overlap with the Startup Challenge goals. At the end of the year, even if I don’t succeed in every goal, I will be closer than I am today.
Have an interest in joining me for the experiments? Or maybe you just want to follow along and watch the fun (and sometimes failure!). Either way, sign up for the email list to the right and you’ll get a weekly account of the activities and progress of each idea.
My Mantra for the Year: Imperfect Action > Perfect Inaction.
